Every time you visit a Holden dealership you can expect the following:

1. A warm welcome from our trained staff.
2. A quote in advance for any work that you would like carried out.
3. A replacement vehicle, if required*.
4. A lift into Norwich*.
5. Honest & impartial advice concerning your vehicle's condition.
6. Your authorisation prior to carrying out any additional work required.
7. To be kept up to date with your vehicle's progress through the workshop.
8. Access to the technician who carried out work to your vehicle.
9. Your vehicle to be washed free of charge (when vehicle is in for service) .
10. To view any parts removed from your vehicle**.
11. A phone call within 48 hours to check we did everything right by you.
12. A reminder for when you next need to visit us.
13. As much tea and coffee as you like!
