Sales Executive – Holden Kia

Job Description

As a Kia Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry to vehicle handover. Your focus will be on building lasting relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering a first-class buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcoming and assisting customers in the showroom and online.
• Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable Kia vehicles and finance solutions.
• Conducting engaging vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Managing customer enquiries and maintaining regular follow-up contact.
• Achieving and exceeding vehicle, finance, and product sales targets.
• Ensuring accurate completion of sales documentation and compliance processes.
• Maintaining excellent product knowledge across the Kia range, including hybrid and electric vehicles.
• Delivering outstanding customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-focused sales environment.
• A proven track record of achieving targets and delivering excellent customer service.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude.
• Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.
