Job Description
As a Showroom Manager, you’ll lead by example, creating a high-performing sales environment where exceptional customer service and commercial success go hand in hand. You’ll motivate, coach and develop your team, ensuring they have the skills and confidence to deliver outstanding results while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and professionalism across the showroom.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the showroom.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a first-class buying experience.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and profitability.
- Recruit, coach, and mentor team members.
- Maintain high standards of vehicle presentation and showroom appearance.
- Build strong relationships with customers and local businesses.
- Work closely with finance, aftersales, and marketing teams to maximise sales opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
