Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Service Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role you will:
- Manage and coordinate the workshop operations to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repair and service tasks.
- Monitor repair progress and ensure job completion within estimated timeframes.
- Implement and maintain productivity and efficiency targets for technicians.
- Support the Service Manager is scheduling, performance reviews and team development.
- Assist the Service Manager in handling customer concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure all service work is properly documented and customer communication is clear and accurate.
