Honda Tops 2025 What Car? Reliability Survey with outstanding score
Honda has secured the top spot in the 2025 What Car? Reliability Survey, achieving a remarkable overall score of 96.6 per cent.
Compiled from feedback provided by 32,493 vehicle owners and covering 30 brands and 227 different models over the last two years, the survey asked whether a car had experienced any faults and assessed repair duration and cost accordingly.
Honda’s benchmark result was underpinned by standout performances from models such as the Honda HR-V and the Honda Civic, which achieved fault-free records for the majority of owners and exceptionally low downtime.
Rebecca Adamson, Head of Automobile at Honda Motor Europe (UK), commented: “Reliability is a cornerstone of our brand … this recognition reflects the trust our customers place in us.”

The result builds on Honda’s long-standing reputation for engineering excellence and durability, qualities that continue to define the brand’s current line-up, including the latest hybrid models.
At Holden Honda Norwich, these qualities are familiar to both new and returning customers. Many drivers across Norfolk have chosen Honda for its dependability and ease of ownership, supported by the expert service and care provided by the Holden Group team.
Whether it is the compact Jazz, the family-friendly ZR-V or the sophisticated CR-V, every model in the Honda range benefits from the same commitment to quality that has earned this national recognition.
