Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking dealership where customer experience, quality, and innovation are at the heart of everything we do. You will act as the key point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and high-quality service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming customers and identifying their service or repair needs.
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, MOTs, and repairs.
- Providing accurate and clear updates to customers throughout the day.
- Liaising with technicians to ensure work is completed correctly and on time.
- Producing detailed job cards, invoices, and service documentation.
- Upselling additional products and services where appropriate.
- Ensuring all customer interactions deliver a premium brand experience.
- Handling customer queries and resolving issues professionally.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience as an automotive Service Advisor
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A calm, professional, and customer-first approach.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT and administrative skills.
- A full UK driving licence.
