Modern Slavery Policy

MODERN SLAVERY ACT 2015 and BRIBERY ACT 2010 Holden Group Ltd confirm their compliance with anti-slavery and human trafficking, anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws, specifically: –

1. Comply with all applicable anti-slavery and human trafficking, anti-bribery and anticorruption laws, statutes, regulations from time to time in force including but not limited to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and the Bribery Act 2010; and
2. Have and maintain its own policies and procedure to ensure its compliance; and
3. not engage in any activity, practice or conduct that would constitute an offence under sections 1, 2 or 4 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sections 1, 2 and 6 of the Bribery Act 2010, if such activity, practice or conduct were carried out in the UK, and;
4. include in its contracts with its subcontractors and suppliers anti-slavery and human trafficking, anti-bribery and anti-corruption provisions that are at least as onerous as those set out in clause 1a, b and c above
