Social Media Competition

This competition is organised by Holden Kia (“the Promoter”), located at 128-130 Barker Street, Norwich, NR2 4QT.

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of the Promoter, its agencies, suppliers or anyone connected with the creation of this competition are not eligible.
• One entry per person unless otherwise stated.
• The EV4 hire prize is subject to additional driver eligibility rules (see Section 9).

To enter, participants must follow the steps outlined in the competition post:

• Guess the correct or closest number of balloons that Holden Kia have fit into a Kia EV4 boot, with the rear seats down.

No purchase is necessary.

The competition opens on 13/04/2026 and closes at 21/04/2026 at 11:59pm. Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.

1st Prize: EV4 Weekend Hire

• Use of an EV4 vehicle from Friday PM to Monday AM (exact timing to be agreed).
• Vehicle will be supplied fully charged and cleaned.
• Vehicle must be returned in a clean condition (full recharge not required).
• Maximum mileage allowance: 250 miles for the hire period.
• A maximum of 2 drivers may be insured.

2nd & 3rd Prize: Norwich City FC Ladies Family Match Tickets

• Each prize consists of family tickets (2 adults + 2 children, or equivalent family grouping)
• Valid for the Norwich City Football Club Ladies match on 26th April 2026 only.
• Tickets are non‑transferable and no cash alternative is available.
• Holden Kia will liaise with the winners to arrange delivery or collection of the tickets in advance of the match taking place on 26/04/2026.

• The winner will be the entrant whose submitted guess is determined to be the closest to the actual number of balloons contained within the EV4, as verified by the Promoter. The entrants with the second‑closest and third‑closest guesses will be awarded the second and third prizes respectively
• In the event that more than one entrant correctly guesses the winning number, Holden Kia will conduct a random draw among all eligible correct entries to allocate the three available prizes. Winners will be selected at random until all three prizes have been awarded.
• Winners will be contacted by direct message by 5pm on 22^nd April.
• If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the Promoter reserves the right to select a replacement winner.

By entering, participants agree that the Promoter may use their name, social handle, and entry for promotional purposes across digital platforms.

• The prize consists of the use of an EV4 vehicle for a weekend hire period (Friday PM to Monday AM, timings to be agreed).
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
• The vehicle will be provided fully charged and cleaned
• The vehicle must be returned in a clean condition; however, it is not expected for the vehicle to be returned fully charged.
• A maximum of 2 drivers may be insured on the vehicle at any one time.
• The vehicle is limited to a 250-mile use for the period of the hire

Insurance Cover

• The insurance policy covers the hire period only.
• Only the specified vehicle is covered under the policy for the named driver(s) during this period.
• Claims for Accidental Damage, Fire, Theft, and Glass are subject to a £500 excess.
• The vehicle is not insured for the carriage of goods or passengers for hire or reward.
• Any collection and delivery services are not covered under this policy.

Driver Eligibility

• Drivers must be aged between 21 and 80.
• Drivers must have held a valid driving licence for a minimum of 12 months.
• If the licence was issued outside the UK, further insurance clarification may be required.

Unacceptable Hires

• Any hirer with more than 6 points on their driving licence.
• Any hirer who has been disqualified from driving within the last 3 years.
• Any hirer who has been involved in more than one at-fault motor incident in the last 3 years.

• Any incidents that occur during the period of hire must be reported to Holden Kia as soon as possible.
• Any parking fines, speeding fines, or other penalties incurred during the hire period will be the responsibility of the hirer. Any additional costs due to delayed response will also be the responsibility of the hirer.
• The hire is provided free of charge as part of the competition prize however, the £500 insurance excess will apply in the event of a claim.
• Holden Kia accepts no responsibility for any indirect or consequential loss during the hire period.
• Holden Kia reserves the right to amend or withdraw this competition at any time.
• By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• In the event of circumstances outside of our reasonable control, or otherwise where fraud, abuse and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this prize draw or the awarding of any prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, we reserve the right to cancel modify or suspend the prize draw or these Terms and Conditions at any stage.
• If any act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the our reasonable control of and which prevents us from complying with these terms and conditions (including but not limited to global or regional health crises, weather conditions, fire, flood, strike, hurricane, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, epidemic, pandemic, famine, plague or other natural calamities and acts of God), We will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations but will always endeavour to minimalize the effect to entrants in order to avoid undue disappointment.
