Andersen EV will contact you within 24 working hours of receiving your order from Holden Renault & Dacia.

You’ll then complete a digital home survey, which Andersen advises takes around 20 minutes. Once your requirements have been confirmed, Andersen will arrange your installation.

The expected overall timeframe is approximately 2–3 weeks from order to installation, with the installation itself typically taking 3–4 hours, although timings can vary depending on individual requirements.

Standard installation includes mounting the charger to a suitable wall, up to 15 metres of surface-run cable connected to your main consumer unit, compliant electrical testing and assistance setting up the Andersen app.
